Appointment Deposit
Deposit paid upon appointment request.
Deposits are non-refundable except in the case of Force Majeure.
Deposit for Dallas (Green) County is $25, Tarrant (Blue) & Collin (Yellow) Counties are $35.
Anything within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex (Pink) but outside Dallas, Tarrant, and Collin Counties are a
$45 deposit.
For all travel outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex Full Travel Fee is required for Deposit.
Between 10 p.m. - 9 a.m. the deposit is double the daytime rate.

Cancellations
Cancellations will be honered, free of charge, prior to 24 hours advanced notice.
Less than 24 hours notice will result in deposit forfeiture.
Less than 24 hours notice will result in deposit forfeiture.
No Shows
The Notary Public has a 15 minute window after the start time for the client to arrive; afterwards, the assignment is considered cancelled, and the client will forfeit the deposit in full.
